CELEBRITIES and top-class bodybuilders will be rubbing shoulders with sporty locals inside of the first-ever Ironman 70. 3 Staffordshire this Sunday (June 14).
The gruelling event will see Midlands businessman Leader Jackson take on three Michelin-starred saucier Gordon Ramsay in a 'friendly' is an excellent – with £1, 000 on the line.

Ironman 70. 3 will consist of a one. 2-mile swim in Chasewater city and a 56-mile bike course outcome countryside roads around Lichfield, Burton-upon-Trent and Cannock Chase.

"The GR100 team will be entering the Ironman 70. 3 Staffordshire event within the our competition programme across the USA.
"My focus is usually on the remainder of the team to ensure that we all do well even though I will definitely be watching out for Leader – hopefully behind me : to make sure there are no nasty complications.
People can watch the event from one of your respective organised spectator hotspots at Shugborough, Chasewater Country Park or ground near Cannock Chase Visitor Brain balance.
At Shugborough people will be able to are conscious of the changeover from bike to run, feel the expo, part of the run and the do line.
At Chasewater they'll be ready to see the first event – the actual swim – and at Cannock Follow Visitor Centre the final section of the actual bike course.
There will be no vehicles access at Chasewater.
